Cannot use Web View that has already been configured for use with Microsoft Outlook. A blank page is displayed.

The security certificate may not have been backed up and restored. You may need to reinstall the security certificate.

1. Close Outlook.

2. Install a Security Certificate.

Cannot play messages.

Your default media player may not be compatible with Web View.

If your default media player is QuickTime, change it to Windows Media Player, version 10.0 or higher.
