Manage Distribution Lists

You can access distribution lists through the Web View or your phone (by list number).

Create a Distribution List

  1. Select the Distribution Lists tab.

  2. Click New List.

  3. Enter a List Name and List Number.

Note: The List Name can include accented characters. The List Number must be in the range of 1 - 99; however, 1 - 9 may be restricted by the System Administrator.

  1. To add members to the list:

  1. Continue adding members until your list is complete.

  2. Click Save.

  3. To record a name for the distribution list, select the list and then click Record Name. If you have set your Call Me number in the Settings tab, the system will call your extension so that you can record a name over the phone. Otherwise, the system will prompt you to call into your mailbox.

Edit a Distribution List

  1. Select a list, and click Edit.

  2. Modify the list as desired, and then click Save.

Delete a Distribution List

Select one or more lists, and click Delete.
