The Collaboration Player is part of the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client and is used while offline, which allows you to play back recordings that were created during a conference and saved on your computer or in the Published Recordings area on the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server.
The Collaboration Player has some of the same controls as on the Leader console, including Screen Sharing (Desktop Sharing and Application Sharing), Video, Keyboard Chat, and the Recorder.
How to use the Collaboration Player
NOTE: When port reservations is set, you cannot play back recordings directly from the Published Recordings area; recordings must be downloaded and saved locally to your computer or network.
While offline, you can make a recording using the Collaboration Player, and then save it locally on your computer or network. When saved, these recordings can later be copied on to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing server. This allows you to create a recording to publish at a later date or play it for your Web conference.
