If the web browser that you are using to access your portal has pop-up blocker software installed, the portal may not operate properly. For example, you may experience situations similar to the following:
no dialogue appears
no changes seem to be happening
you receive a "script error" message
To perform activities that the pop-up blocker software is preventing, enable pop-ups in your browser before you log in.
Depending on your web browser, you may be required to
Change pop-up blocker settings and specify particular URLs where pop-ups should always be permitted
or
Click a pop-up button on your web toolbar to permanently allow pop-ups at the URL you are currently viewing.
