Configure Settings

This screen displays your phone numbers. It also allows you to configure your email address, portal preferences, mobile phone number, and Speech Auto Attendant contact number.

Email Address

Enter your email address. You must enter a valid email address.

Department

Your department is displayed if it has been programmed by your system administrator.

Location

Your location is displayed if it has been programmed by your system administrator.

Prompt Language

Set the language of your telephone user interfaces (TUI) to one of the available supported languages.

Note: This setting is not applied to the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing TUI. The MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing TUI language is set on a system-wide basis for all users by your administrator.

If you are using an application with voice prompts, such as voice mail, the prompts are not changed until the next time that you log into the application.

Default page

Select the default page that you want your MiCollab End User Portal to display after you log in. Click Save. The next time you log in, the selected page is displayed.

 

Office Phone

Enter a description for your phone.

For example "Desktop Phone" or " Teleworker Phone"

Number

For Office Phone, if the phone is an internal number, it is displayed below the description. You cannot edit internal numbers that have been assigned in the system. You can only add, modify, or delete external numbers.

 

Speech Auto-Attendant
