Edit a Call Flow

You can edit an existing call flow for a specific mailbox.

To edit a call flow:

  1. From the navigation tree, click Call Director, and then click Call Flow.

  2. Select Mailbox from the Call Flow drop-down menu.

  3. Enter the number of the mailbox.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. The existing call flow for the specified mailbox appears. Modify the parameters as needed.

  6. Click Save.
